Starting Solids Class

  • Want to get started off on the right foot with starting solids for your baby or toddler? This class covers how to get solids started off on the right foot, common myths and what is normal for starting solids with the breastfed baby.
  • Get all the starting solids information you need in this 3-hour interactive class led by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.
  • Whether this is your first baby or the newest addition to your growing family, this class is for everyone! We recommend attending when your little one is 3-4 months of age.
  • This class is intended for parents who have some questions about breastfeeding while feeding solids or transitioning from exclusive breastfeeding to adding some solids. If you are unsure about when to start, which foods to offer first or how much- this class is for you!
  • We will go over common pitfalls of solids and breastfeeding and discuss what to do about them.
